The Resideo Braukmann L5 WiFi Water Leak Shutoff Valve protects your home against water leaks. The water valve automatically shuts off the water flow, protecting your home from potential damage, when the included sensor cable detects a water leak. 

A Resideo Water Leak and Freeze Detector is included to detect water leaks in another location in the home to expand your protection.  Add additional CHW3610W8001/U L1 sensors as needed.

The free iOS and Android apps provide water leak notifications as well as letting you see valve and sensor status.  You can also open or close the valve remotely using the app.
