Spacers help aligh magnetic door / window sensors and can provide some separation from metal doors that can cause magnetic sensors to become unreliable.
Additional door window sensor magnets can be used to replace a damaged magnet, or to add a second "secure point" to allow a window or sliding door to be left slightly open while the alarm system is armed. Use this way with caution.
