The Skybell Video Doorbell turns your standard doorbell in to a smart doorbell by connecting to your existing doorbell wiring and your home's WIFI network. The existing standard doorbell can continue to function, while enabling smart phone functionality. You can also schedule the existing doorbell chime to turn off when you don't want to be disturbed.
Skybell users can watch live HD video when a visitor sets off the motion sensor or presses the skybell doorbell button. They can have a two way conversation with friends, family, couriers or even unexpected or unwanted visitors. Users can also check in live any time to see what's happening at home. The Skybell iOs and Android apps are free as is the cloud service. Videos are recorded to the cloud automatically and users can take a still snapshot any time. Videos can also be downloaded for permanent storage or in case they need to be shared with the authorities.
