Have You Heard the News? We're Carrying Zooz
We're thrilled to announce that we are now a full line distributor for Zooz ZWave smart home devices. Zooz offers a leading edge selection of ZWave enabled sensors, switches, dimmers, relays and more. Their ZWave line is based primarily on ZWave 800 and ZWave 700 series chips, and most support ZWave long range which can provide up to 1.6 km / 1 mile of direct line of sight range when used with a long range controller.
What really attracted us to Zooz was their demonstrated desire to produce high quality, well documented, well supported ZWave devices that allow smart home enthusiasts to create smart home automations that are both creative and useful.
One of the stand out products, is the ZEN32 ZWave Scene Controller. Finally, ZWave users have an attractive, well supported, wired scene controller with a built-in relay and 4 scene buttons for controlling up to 35 different scenes or 4 direct associations. The ZWave community has been waiting for a decent ZWave scene controller for years!
One of the other stand-out devices is the ZEN55 ZWave Smoke and CO bridge which is a brilliant way to allow Z-Wave enabled smart home sytems to monitor the status of the home's smoke and CO detectors that are already installed. The ZEN55 connects to the detector's interconnect wire and 120V power wiring. The interconnect wire is used to trigger all the interconnected smoke and CO detector simultaneously when one of them detects fire or carbon monoxide. This ingenious devices can detect this signal. It also has a built-in relay that can be used to control an external device.
